Some fall drinks don’t need a long ingredient list, and this is one of them. Smooth cold brew, a cloud of pumpkin spice cold foam, and a dusting of spice on top.
Since autumn weather can jump around a lot, we designed this one to be enjoyed both ways. Enjoy it iced when the weather’s still warm, or heat it up when the air turns crisp.
Ingredients
- 16 oz cold brew
- 4 oz pumpkin spice cold foam
- Pumpkin spice, for topping (optional)
Steps
- Pour the cold brew. Fill your glass with 16 oz of cold brew, over ice if you like.
- Add the foam. Pour the pumpkin spice cold foam slowly over the top so it floats in a thick, creamy layer.
- Finish with spice. (Optional) Sprinkle a little pumpkin spice over the foam if you want a pretty, flavorful finish.
- Sip. Drink it layered, or give it a stir if you want it fully blended.
Make it Hot!
Cold brew isn’t just for iced drinks. You can heat it up several ways:
- Kegorator. If you have a hot kegorator, pour it straight from the tap.
- Stovetop. Warm the cold brew gently in a saucepan over low heat. Stop when it’s hot, before it boils.
- Microwave. Heat it in a microwave-safe mug in short bursts, stirring between each.
- Coffee steamer. Use a steam wand to heat it quickly.
Pour the hot cold brew into a mug, spoon the pumpkin spice cold foam on top, and add your pumpkin spice.
